Payment for commissions is due immediately, and upfront unless said otherwise or discussed prior to accepting the commissionAll currency is USD, I accept payments sent via paypal, Venmo, and cashappI do not accept commissions from anyone under 18. This does not apply for designs.My artwork should never be traced or heavily referenced under any circumstancesI will not draw hateful artwork; racism, sexism, homophobia, politics other harmful topics.**You may not remove or obscure my watermark in any capacity.Any specifications for commissions must be informed before hand.** Example: Transparent files, have an alt palette, any specific details must be mention this before work has begunI will not do customs that are based on other characters (not including anime designs or video game themed). I will not create customs that are based off of older designs, or other designs. Loose inspiration is okay.
After custom work has started, you can not change the prompt for free. Prompt changes midway through the commission will cost an extra $75 fee. After work has begun on customs, you will not be allowed to change the prompt without paying the fee. You may resell the slot with the same prompt but refunds will not be offered.Custom commission slots should not be sold for more than they are purchased for. As long as your custom has not been started on, you are welcome to resell the slot and have the prompt changed. Once progress has begun, you may not resell the slot unless the buyer keeps the prompt.Artwork that is recieved as a gift or otherwise for free does not hold any value.Work in progress pictures will always be sent for approval during the sketching and designing phases. This is where you must share if you want anything changed before progress will continue.All work is done on a queue, organized into an order of oldest to most recent projects.You may not retract or delete bids. It is the customers responsibility as a bidder to ensure that you are bidding what they can pay for, failure to pay or retracting bids will result in blacklisting.If you back out of a payment plan, no refund will be given. In order to ensure payments are completed, I will not give out refunds on partially completed payment plans despite how much has been paid.I do not give out refunds unless it has been offered by me. If I have started on your commission there will be no option for a refund requested by the client whatsoever.You may not chargeback for any means. Charging back will result in blacklisting, commission will be cancelled and resold (ych or design), and refund will be void.

You can edit my art as long as the original image is kept in toyhouse AND a note is added that you have added changesIf you get a design by me as a gift, gifted designs are immediately void of value and can only be regifted unless extra value has been added. Base art and design is excluded from valueWhen one of my designs is sold, traded or otherwise rehomed, the ownership logs on toyhou.se must be tagged with a reason and should never be transferred blankly. If a character has been transferred without a reason, please reach out to my manager to confirm how you obtained them.
